Stratford Perth Auto Dismantlers Novice ‘B’ Aces finished up their regular season this past weekend.

On Friday night, they faced the Wilmot Wolverines. Aces had not defeated Wilmot all season and we were ready for the challenge. The Stratford girls fought hard, but lost 1-0.

On Saturday, the Novice Aces travelled to Fergus to play the first-place team, Grand River.

Aces went up 1-0 on a goal by Sydnie Miller in the first period. Grand River came back in the second period to tie the score.

Early in the third, Danielle Bast scored the winning goal to give the visitors a 2-1 win.

Avery Wildgust provided great goaltending in the Stratford net.
