SKYAC swimmers returned from two weekend meets with some impressive results.
At the Aqua 7 meet versus the Ingersoll Speed Sharks, several SKYAC swimmers placed in the top three in all the events they swam. These swimmers were Emma Wylie, Paul Szirmay-Kalos, Kathleen Szirmay-Kalos, Carly Sutherland, Thierry Middleton, Lauren Manders, Scott Laing, Madelaine Duff, Nicholas Dolan, Meaghan Dalby, Lena Bryan, Owen Bolhuis and Jesse Anderson.
The Aqua 7 championships will be held on May 3.
At the Hamilton Aquatic Club/McMaster University Spring Invitational, SKYACÂ faced swimmers from across southern Ontario, including teams from Oakville, Hamilton, Brantford, Brampton, Woodstock and Tillsonburg in the first long-course meet of the season. SKYAC swimmers swam their best times in 88 per cent of their races.
