An Ontario Municipal Board pre-hearing conference regarding the proposal that would bring a Wal-Mart to Stratford will be held on Aug. 11. At 10:30 a.m. in council chambers, the OMB will conduct the conference regarding Official Plan Amendment 10 and Avonwood Shopping Centres Ltd
