A Stratford teen who went missing while kayaking near Huntsville earlier this week is safe and sound.
OPP launched a search for Brandon Roth, 18, on Monday night after he did not return to his family’s campsite in Arrowhead Provincial Park after kayaking with his brother.
Police were called at about 8:30 p.m. on Monday and they began the search with help of a canine unit.
Just after 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning, Roth was located. He told police he had camped out along the banks of the river overnight after he was unable to find his way back to his family’s campsite.
